Shipping and Handling

Duck Duck Green ships packages with UPS and USPS (Parcel Post). The charges are calculated for you automatically at check out. Easy, right?

Here’s the scoop once you’ve placed your order:
Orders will be shipped 2-3 business days from when they are received.

Substitutions

Duck Duck Green makes it our first priority to search out the very best products for your baby and the environment. However, occasionally a supplier may run low or fail to meet our standards of quality. Never fear- we have given great attention to finding great substitutions of equal (or more often, greater) value for everything in our kits.

So while we reserve the right to make these substitutions, rest assured – we know you’ll love it.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in our products, and we hope you’re happy with your purchase. But if for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, you may return non-sale merchandise up to 30 days from the purchase date for store credit (less shipping cost). “Kits” and gift boxes must be returned fully intact for credit. Sorry! We cannot accept partial returns at this time.

Please include a copy of your packing slip. If you no longer have your packing slip, please e-mail us at customerservice@duckduckgreen.com or call our Customer Service 866-321-5513 to obtain a return authorization number.
